Yoga is more than physical exercise; it is one's path or journey into self-awareness to bring peace and unity to the body, mind and spirit.

At the Yoga Path studio you will experience an environment that is energetically peaceful, tranquil and meditative. As you walk through the door you will begin to feel a release from the day's stress and chaos and relax into your "yoga space".

Yoga is not a forced regimen of stretches. Competition does not exist. It is a very personal practice of lengthening and strengthening the muscles and freeing the joints.

In our classes you will be encouraged to listen to your body and to modify the yoga postures to fit your physical ability. You will be given the personal attention that you need, especially as a beginner. Our classes are based on the classical practices of Hatha Yoga. Meditation is an integral part of each class.

New students are welcome to come and visit the Yoga Path and meet the teacher prior to the class. Please contact us if you have questions, or if you want to schedule an appointment.
